Shipping Policy

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

• Once an order is placed, we need 1-3 working days to process it. During the week, one working day is required, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a bit longer.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have any concerns about the received product, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs are covered by us for every order. There is no minimum order quantity required.
